When you join my training program, you’ll lose body fat while sculpting lean muscle. Your workout plan is customised to YOUR goals,
fitness level and workout preferences.


Your plan will be fun yet challenging to keep you motivated and looking forward to your next workout.


To make your workout plan easy to follow, I will tell you how many reps and sets to complete. There will also be a video demonstration on each exercise to show you how to perform each one with proper form.


Whether you want to get a slimmer waistline, bigger booty or just lose overall body fat, I can help you get the body you want with a customised plan for YOU!

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANS

Achieve the body of your dreams while eating food you enjoy!


After assessing your current lifestyle, training and physique, I will customise your nutrition plan to YOUR needs. To make sure you enjoy your meals and adopt a healthy mindset, I will factor in your likes, dislikes and food preferences.


Your meal plan is flexible and can be customised to 1 or 7 different days a week - it's up to you. If you like repetition, you can follow the same meal plan the next day. However if you are like me and enjoy a different variety, you can have up to 7 different days to select from.


Your meal plan will be updated based on your check in results. Ideally, this will be a four week rotation. This will give you time to adjust, be consistent and provide accurate information for me in order to make the necessary changes.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi! I’m Ash Besse


Throughout school, I was heavily involved in sports, and represented the State for Athletics, Cross Country and Touch Football. Alongside this, I was dancing multiple times a week, learning ballet and jazz.


When I turned 18, I fell out of everything and lived the hospitality lifestyle. I soon realised that I was living a toxic and unhealthy lifestyle. I decided to educate myself on training and nutrition so I enrolled into a Personal Training course. 8 years later, health and fitness is now my passion and the lifestyle I live and breathe by.

I love to educate myself and over the last 8 years, I have gained the below qualifications:


● Cert III and IV Fitness – Master Trainer

● ASCA Strength and Conditioning Level 1

● CHI – Fundamentals of Program Design

● CHI – Performance Nutrition Level 1

● CHI – Advanced Program Design

● Strength System International Certificate Level 1

● Layne Norton’s Training the Physique Athlete

● Layne Norton’s Science of Nutrition

Unlike other training programs, mine are based and backed up by thorough research. Alongside all of my qualifications, I was also a Nike Trainer in Australia for 4 years. My education combined with my experience working for Nike, I am strongly confident that my programs are structured to provide REAL results.
